Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

If you want to remove items before completing the order, just click on the Basket button and follow the instructions.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Solo and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

If you do not want to use our secure online payment service, you may send your credit card information via phone, fax or letter. The contact details are shown below.

Shipping And Handling

Prints: All prints are sold unmounted and unframed for ease of despatch. Packing and postage charges will be added during the check-out process at the following rates:

UK £4.50 per item

Europe £6.00 per item

Rest of the World £8.00 per item

Originals: the charge for packing and despatch will be quoted at the time of purchase.

Delivery Schedule

We will process your order the same day it is received and normally send your order to you in 3 business days. We will inform you if any item is not available for despatch within 7 days.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

There are no extra tax charges to pay on prints.

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. (This is much more secure than the built-in encryption in most browsers.) They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of Perishable Products, Personalised Products or Sealed Products where the seal has been broken.

Notification of faulty goods should be made within three days of the goods being received. Our liability will be limited to the replacement or issue of credit against goods acknowledged by us to be faulty, providing such faults have not be caused by your misuse, negligent handling or improper handling.

All goods are to be returned at your expense.

If you need to return any goods, please wrap the package securely as it may not be possible to offer a replacement or refund on goods which are damaged during return transit.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
